The Median Nerve

Here is the median nerve!
This is the nerve affected in Carpal Tunnel syndrome, which usually involves pins and needles in the thumb, index and middle fingers, and half of your ring finger.
If you have pins and needles in half of your ring finger and your little finger then it is more likely to be the ulnar nerve, which runs through the Guyon’s tunnel at wrist or the Cubital tunnel at the elbow.
However the nerves can become “trapped” anywhere along their paths, starting from the spinal cord, ending at your fingers!

If the nerves are trapped or compressed by muscle knots/tension then massage may be able to help rid the pins and needles.
